Girls from 5th and 6th class received county medals and sports huddies at a presentation in St. Ciaran's hall recently. The girls were part of the U-12 St. Ciaran's football team which won the County Final last year. At the presentation girls from Fuerty, Creggs and Athleague registered for the coming year. The presentations were then made to the U-12, U-14 and U-16 teams by county star Gary Fallon. The girls also received sports huddies which were generously sponsored by Charlie O'Brien, Chemist, Roscommon. Congratulation to the girls and also to the parents who work hard to ensure boys and girls from Fuerty NS get the opportunity to excel in sport.
