The sun shone on the last Sunday in May for the communion class on their big day. Eithne Brennan, Emma Cuddy, Kelly Hanley, Cian Murray, Kyle Connolly, Brian Neilan, Rory Gacqiun, Lee Kilroy and Joey Killian received their first communion from Fr. John at mass in Fuerty church. They were prepared for the communion by their teacher Ms. Lydon and Sr. Christina.
