Students from Fuerty National School took part in the recent Co. Roscommon INTO Handwriting Competition. The aim of the competition was to celebrate the skill of handwriting and the competition was judged on neatness, style, flair and layout of the handwriting. The competition was sponsored by The EBS. Fuerty National School took first and second prizes in the Junior Infant category. Well done to Thomas Higgins and Rachel Murray who finished first and second respectively. They are pictured here receiving their awards.
